Matt Gilbert is Managing Partner and co-founder of WorkingTheory, a brand strategy and design consultancy built around the Connected Brand framework, integrating corporate brand, employer brand, and culture as a unified system. Over 20+ years as a Chief Creative Officer and Creative Director, he has led 350+ employer brand programs and 100+ careers site launches across 30+ industries, with research engaging hundreds of thousands of employees. He holds an MFA in Design from the School of Visual Arts and an Economics degree from NYU Stern.
