Ocean Fu (China)
Ms. Ocean Fu is the dean of the Employer Branding Institute and also the founder of Wild Theory, a leading employer brand architect in China. She has worked in marketing for many well-known companies both domestically and abroad, possessing deep knowledge in creative communication and brand cultivation. She created the first project-based competition in the industry, the Employer Branding Creativity Awards, recognizing outstanding employers and establishing benchmarks in the employer brand industry.
