Before Testlio Renita Käsper held a position as Talent Acquisition Lead at Babbel, the world’s most successful language app. Founded in 2007, Babbel is the largest and most effective language learning app with over 750 employees from +60 nationalities working in Berlin and New York.
Renita Käsper has been passionate about all topics related to human resources since 2000. She worked as Recruitment Team Lead, Executive Recruiter, Sourcer, and Employer Brand Consultant in one of the largest job boards in the Baltics – CV Keskus.
Within seven years of excellent and hard work, the CV Keskus team has built an award-winning recruitment team combining the capabilities of the largest job board / database and deep knowledge of recruitment consultancy.
Renita is an expert in finding and developing recruiting strategies and defining processes that meet the long-term hiring needs of companies to attract the best talent.
Renita has been part of the jury of the Employer Brand Awards in Estonia for ten years in a row, organized by the Institute of Marketing (Dream Employer), and also the jury of HR-Brand Belarus for three years 2015, 2016 and 2020.
She is also part of the jury for the Employer Brand Award Uzbekistan EMBRAS 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and was invited to participate again in 2023.
Renita is the co-founder of the recruitment events series called „Recruitment Thursday“ in Estonia, where recruitment enthusiasts gather every month and share their knowledge and experience. This year we celebrated our 6th year anniversary.
She is also a co-founder of Estonian HR Society (Eesti HR Selts) community whose main goal is to create a supportive and inspiring network of people passionate about HR.
Renita is an international public speaker, advocate on the topics of talent acquisition, sourcing, employer branding, DEIB and future of work.
