Ebru Kahyaoğlu, Turkey

Ebru Kahyaoğlu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Boğaziçi University (2009) and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Bahçeşehir University.

She began her career at QNB in 2010, where she spent five years specializing in talent acquisition and career management within the banking sector. During this period, she played an active role in the design and implementation of Management Trainee (MT) and internship programs.

In 2015, she joined Şişecam, where she led the establishment of the Employer Branding function and its expansion across 14 countries. In this role, she was responsible for developing and executing global employer branding strategies.

As of July 1, 2025, Kahyaoğlu serves as Employer Branding Manager at Şişecam. She brings 16 years of Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on employer branding, employee experience, organizational culture, and youth and internship programs.
