Pallavii Nanda is the Co-Founder and Head of People & Culture Advisory at Veloro Advisorie, with over 16 years of experience across employer branding, talent attraction, employee experience, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Throughout her career, she has helped organisations answer a fundamental business question: why would exceptional talent choose to join, stay, and grow with them? This focus has shaped her work in building and scaling employer branding functions, developing Employee Value Propositions, leading talent attraction strategies, and designing culture and onboarding experiences across organisations such as Flipkart, Philips, and Publicis Sapient.
At Flipkart, Pallavii led enterprise-wide employer branding and later headed Diversity & Inclusion, driving initiatives focused on gender equity, LGBTQ+ inclusion, persons with disabilities, returnship programmes, and inclusive hiring practices. She also represented the organisation at global advocacy platforms and industry forums on workplace inclusion and employer brand transformation.
A defining aspect of her professional journey has been building employer branding capabilities from the ground up, particularly during periods of rapid growth and transformation. Her work has included localising global EVPs for India and APAC markets, shaping leadership storytelling, and developing employee advocacy ecosystems that are authentic, scalable, and culturally grounded.
Today, through Veloro Advisorie, Pallavii partners with founders and leadership teams to help build organisations that people genuinely want to join, grow with, and advocate for.
She strongly believes that employer branding is not merely a marketing exercise, but a culture promise; that powerful EVPs are discovered through employee truths rather than invented in boardrooms; and that inclusion is inseparable from a credible employer brand.
