Ali Ayaz is the Founder and Senior Consultant of Realta Consulting and Modern Management Consulting, both specializing in Employer Brand Management. He also launched the Employer Brand Summit series in 2008 and the Employer Brand Academy in 2010.

In 2009, he developed the Graduate Survey, which has since become an annual ranking published by Bloomberg Businessweek magazine. His research areas focus on employees and candidates, including candidate experience, employer image, internal customer satisfaction, employee insights, and employee engagement.

Ali Ayaz has delivered more than 200 projects in over 50 countries, working with some of the world’s most recognizable companies.

He founded Realta Consulting, a company specialized in Employer Brand Management, in Italy in 2003, and later established its presence in Istanbul in 2007. In 2017, he expanded his operations to the United Kingdom by founding Modern Management Consulting.

Ali Ayaz also has extensive jury experience in prestigious competitions such as the Stevie Awards EMEA, Employer Brand Awards China, and many others.
