Fernando Rente is Director of Brand & Communications at Doutor Finanças, a Portuguese fintech dedicated to improving financial well-being. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate communication and employer branding, he has led communication and brand initiatives across the Pharmaceutical, Retail and Financial Services sectors. Fernando also teaches Strategic Communication at the School of Communication and Media Studies, in Lisbon. He believes that strong brands are built by aligning business goals, organizational culture and positive impact on people’s lives.
